The rhubarb plant is starting to come up already! This excites me, I plan to make rhubarb pies again this summer. Our friend Kyle had his first strawberry rhubarb pie ever last year (that I made, hrm hrm) and he LOVED it so I am going to make one for his birthday this summer. I make serious pie.
